Hey, I’m Nicole. It’s nice to meet you.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in California with over ten years of experience. I began my career working with families of children on the Autism Spectrum and later became a program coordinator. My journey led me to San Diego, where I earned my Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, focusing on community-based programs for underserved families.

Growing up in a multicultural family—American, Puerto Rican, and Guatemalan—shaped my passion for self-discovery and the power of truly understanding yourself. I’ve experienced my own journey of finding a stronger sense of self, and now I’m dedicated to helping others do the same in a supportive, empowering space.
