Hey, I’m Nicole. It’s nice to meet you.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in California with over ten years of experience. I began my career working with families of children on the Autism Spectrum and later became a program coordinator. My journey led me to San Diego, where I earned my Master’s in
Marriage & Family Therapy, focusing on community-based programs for underserved families.

Growing up in a multicultural family—American, Puerto Rican, and Guatemalan—shaped my passion for self-discovery and identity. I’ve experienced my own journey of finding a stronger sense of self, and now I’m dedicated to helping others do the same in a supportive, empowering space.

    When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, my family was left in a scramble. We all had so many emotions, but no time to process them between all of the medical care she needed. Frustrated with not being able to find the support she needed during her journey I was inspired to provide specialized support to those impacted by breast cancer.

My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and empowered to move forward with confidence and hope. You don’t have to let the past define you. Together, we’ll work to create a life where you feel strong, happy, and at peace.

  • EMDR

    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps you reprocess distressing memories, reducing any emotional charges, and making these memories less intrusive. EMDR promotes faster healing from past trauma and helps you lead a healthier, more balanced life.

  • Parts Work

    We all have a system of parts that come together and make us who we are. Parts work helps you understand the complexity of the self. It can help you recognize, understand, and harmonize your “parts” to achieve inner balance and emotional well-being.

  • EFT

    Therapy that helps you process and transform emotions to promote healing and growth. EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) is effective for trauma and relationship issues, aiming for lasting change by addressing the root of unhealthy behaviors and patterns.

  • CBT

    Therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. CBT helps you develop healthier thinking patterns, make positive behavioral changes, and improve emotional regulation skills.
