Strength

Space to Heal. Strength to Fight.

Breast cancer doesn’t define you, but it’s okay to feel its weight. A cancer diagnosis changes everything—for you and your loved ones. Whether you’re navigating a diagnosis, undergoing treatment, or supporting a family member through their journey, it can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting. Therapy provides a space to process your emotions, find strength in the challenges, and rediscover hope.

Breast cancer flips your world upside down. But within the chaos lies the strength to heal.

When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, my family was left in a scramble. There were so many emotions at play, but we didn’t have the luxury of time to process them. As soon as she was diagnosed, we had appointments to make, schedules to organize, and tasks to rearrange. I know the care my mom and my family would have benefited from. This is what has inspired me to provide specialized support to those impacted by breast cancer.

Breast cancer changes everything—for you and your loved ones. No two experiences with breast cancer are the same. You may be dealing with feelings of fear, grief, or uncertainty about the future. As a family member, you might struggle with feelings of helplessness, guilt, or the pressure to stay strong.

Therapy provides a space to process your emotions, find strength in the challenges, and rediscover hope. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
